Ingredients

  • 24 ounces frozen breaded chicken tenders
  • 1 package (12 ounces) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 package (7-1/2 ounces) sliced provolone and mozzarella cheese blend
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil






Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Prepare chicken tenders according to package directions. Meanwhile, without separating rolls, cut horizontally in half; arrange roll bottoms in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Place half of cheese slices over roll bottoms. Bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes.
  2. Layer rolls with half of sauce, chicken tenders, remaining sauce and remaining cheese slices. Replace top halves of rolls.
  3. For topping, microwave butter, garlic powder and red pepper flakes, covered, on high, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Pour over rolls; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and heated through, 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with basil before serving.

  • 1/2 cup (80 g) raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (176C) and prepare a muffin pan by spraying the cavities with cooking spray or lining them with paper liners. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Lightly beat the egg in a separate bowl. Whisk in the yogurt, applesauce, brown sugar, vanilla, and grated apple, stirring until well-combined.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. Fold in the raisins.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups, filling them almost to the top. Add a sprinkle of oats if desired.
  6. Bake the muffins for 20-22 minutes, or until top is firm to the touch and toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in pan for ~10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Store them in an air-tight container for up to 5 days, or freeze them for up to 3 months.

  • 1½ cups softened butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cream butter and sugar together. Add your vanilla, flour and salt. Mix well.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough out to ½ inch thick.
  4. To cut cookies you can use a biscuit cutter or I just used a small glass that was 2 inches wide.
  5. Place round cookies on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 for 14-16 minutes.
  7. Let cookies cool.
  8. Melt caramel and spread the caramel over the cooled cookies.
  9. Let caramel cool completely.
  10. Add your shortening into the chocolate chips and melt in the microwave. Use a microwave safe bowl and watch so that the chocolate does not burn.
  11. Spread melted chocolate over cooled caramel.
  12. Let chocolate set before serving.
  13. Do not put in the refrigerator as it will discolor the chocolate.

  • medium blood oranges - 6-8
  • organic cane sugar - 3/4
  • water - 1/4
  • freshly squeezed lime juice - 1 tablespoon, or to taste
  • light coconut milk - 3/4 cup

Instructions

  • 1. In a small saucepan combine the water and sugar.
  • 2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking to dissolve the sugar.
  • 3. Reduce the heat and simmer the mixture for a few minutes until it becomes syrupy. Remove from the heat an let cool.
  • 4. Peel the skin of the oranges. Place the oranges into a blander and process until smooth. You'll get around 1 - 1 1/4 cups of liquid.
  • 5. In a mixing bowl combine the syrup, blood orange juice, lime juice, and coconut milk. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap.
  • 6. Cill the mixture in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  • 7. Pour the cold sorbet mixture into an ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • 8. You can serve the soft sorbet right away, or transfer it into an ice cream container and freeze until needed.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pound Chuck Roast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 4 chopped carrots
  • 4 large potatoes in large cubes
  • 2 stalks chopped celery
  • 2 tbs Italian Seasonings
  • 3 tbs A1 steak sauce optional
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Place your pot on Saute.
  2. pour olive oil in and your roast just to brown both sides about 1-2 minutes per side.
  3. Remove roast and place potatoes carrots and celery in the pot.
  4. Top with onions and garlic. Pour wine and beef broth in the pot.
  5. Place your Roast right on top of the veggies.
  6. Spread seasonings over the top of your roast along with A1 sauce.
  7. Put your Pot on MANUAL HIGH PRESSURE for 55 minutes do a Natural release.
  8. Remove and enjoy!
