Ingredients

  • 18 Double Stuff Oreos
  • 2 8oz packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup hot fudge sauce






Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Place an Oreo in the bottom of each one.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract, eggs, sour cream, and salt. Continue beating until combined and smooth.
  3. Add a heaping tablespoon of cheesecake batter to each muffin cup.
  4. Warm the hot fudge sauce in the microwave for 20 seconds. Place a scant teaspoon of hot fudge into each cupcake. Add another tablespoon of cheesecake batter on top, filling the cupcake liner. Use a toothpick or butterknife to gently swirl the fudge into the cheesecake mix.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes until filling is set. Cool completely in the tin before removing. Store in refrigerator.

  • Hummus and Avocado Toast
  • 2 Pieces of seeded multi-grain bread, toasted (or bread of choice)
  • 6 Tablespoons Ultimate Hummus, divided
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • tomato slices
  • Season to taste with:
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Cayenne pepper, optional

Instructions

  1. Toast your bread to desired brownness. I like my toast slightly darker, so I set the toaster to medium/dark.
  2. Once the toast is done, let it cool a few minutes.
  3. Place about 3 Tablespoons Ultimate Hummus on each piece of toast. I like a little heat, so at this point I'll sprinkle cayenne on the hummus, but it's completely optional.
  4. Top each piece of toast with half an avocado cut into chunky slices.
  5. Finish with tomato slices and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Enjoy!

  • 8 ounces orzo pasta about 1 1/3 cup
  • 15 ounce can tomato sauce or puree
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 large red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • fresh chopped chives for garnish
  • For marinating the steak:
  • 12 ounces skirt steak
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all marinade ingredients to a ziploc bag. Toss to coat the steak. Marinate in the refrigerator until ready to cook, at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat an oiled skillet over medium to medium-high heat for a few minutes. Add marinated steak. Cook for 3 minutes, flip the steak, and cook another 3 minutes. Turn the heat to low and and let cook for another 10 minutes or until desired doneness. Transfer to a plate and cut into slices.
  3. Heat the same skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until the vegetables soften, a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add orzo, tomato sauce, chicken broth, basil, and oregano. Stir. Bring to a simmer over high heat, then gradually lower heat down to medium-low to maintain the simmer. Let simmer until the orzo is cooked and the sauce thickens, about 15 minutes, stirring frequently so the orzo does not stick to the pan.
  5. Remove pan from heat. Add salt to taste, if necessary. Divide orzo into serving bowls, top with skirt steak, and garnish with chives.

  • For the cake:
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa powder
  • For the chocolate ganache:
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cut a piece of parchment to fit the bottom of the pan. Place it in the bottom of the pan and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. To make the cake, put the chocolate and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat until the butter is melted and the chips are soft, about one minute. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. If you need to reheat, do for 10 seconds at a time and stir.
  3. Add the sugar, salt, and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
  4. Add the eggs and stir until smooth. Add the cocoa powder and stir until just combined. Don't over mix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake the cake for 25 minutes or until the cake has a thin crust on the top and the center registers 200°F on an instant-read thermometer.
  6. Let the cake cool on a wire cooling rack for 10 minutes. Loosen the edges of the pan with a butter knife and carefully turn it upside down onto a cake plate or serving plate. The bottom of the cake will now be the top of the cake. Let the cake cool completely.
  7. While the cake is cooling, make the chocolate ganache. Combine the chocolate and cream in a medium microwave-safe bowl, and heat until the cream is very hot so it will melt the chocolate. I always start with 30 seconds and check it. It might take longer, it just depends on your microwave. Remove from the microwave, and stir until the the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
  8. Spread the chocolate ganache glaze evenly over the cooled cake. Let the glaze set up for a few hours before cutting and serving the cake. I always put it in the refrigerator to speed up the process.
  9. Cut the cake into slices and serve with powdered sugar and raspberries, if desired. This cake is also great with whipped cream or ice cream.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg, plus 1 egg yolk
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel bits, or soft caramel candies cut into small pieces
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt; stir with a whisk. Set aside.
  2. Beat the butter and both sugar sugars together in a large bowl using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment or a hand-held mixer on low speed just until combined. Beat in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture just until well blended. Fold in the chocolate chips and caramel bits.
  3. Roll cookie dough into 1 and 1/2 to 2 tablespoon sized balls and place them 2 inches apart on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Gently press the top of each dough ball into the sea salt and return to the baking sheet. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown and just under done. Cool the cookies on the pan for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.

  • 4 to 6 slices of Round Steak
  • 2 Pouches of Onion Gravy
  • 2 C of Hot Water
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion, Sliced
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, Peeled and Smashed
  • 2 T of Butter

Instructions

  1. Use a skillet and 1 T of butter to sear off both sides of your round steak. I only cooked these on each side for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. In your Instant Pot, sauté the onions and the garlic in 1 T of Butter.
  3. Add the slices of meat to the pot.
  4. Add the two pouches of the gravy to 2 C of hot water and dissolve.
  5. Pour over the meat and onions.
  6. Set your Instant Pot to the meat setting and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
  7. Release the steam and you are ready to serve.

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ¾ cup Frank's RedHot hot sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil. Set aside.
  3. Mix the garlic powder, salt, pepper, melted butter, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Add the cauliflower into a large gallon-sized bag, pour the buffalo sauce into the bag. Shake until the cauliflower florets are fully coated.
  5. Spread on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°
  2. In a small bowl, add cream cheese and mozzarella. Microwave on high for 20 seconds at a time until melted.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg until beaten. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Work mozzarella/cc mixture into dough. Dough will be sticky. Stir in cheddar cheese.
  5. Spoon dough onto plastic wrap. Dust the top of it with almond flour.
  6. Fold the plastic wrap over the dough and gently start working into a ball.
  7. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  8. Cut dough ball into 4. Roll each section into a ball. Cut the ball in half. This is your top and bottom bun !

  • 3¼ cups cake flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • Frosting
  • 1 cup butter divided
  • 2 cups dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350?F.
  2. Spray three 8-inch pans generously with baking spray and flour. Cut circles of parchment paper or wax paper to fit pans and place one in the bottom of each pan.
  3. Combine cake flour, baking powder, and salt together; set aside.
  4. (If you are using the extra fine cake flour you won't need to sift the flour, if not put the flour, baking powder and salt through a sifter.)
  5. Beat butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  6. Add vanilla and then eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  7. Add flour mixture and milk alternately in 3 batches, beating until smooth after each addition.
  8. Divide batter between prepared pans.
  9. Bake until golden, 25-30 minutes.
  10. Let cool on a rack for 10 minutes; invert cakes onto a cooling rack; let cool completely.
  11. Brush off crumbs from sides and top of cake.
  12. Place one cake layer on a plate or cake stand.
  13. Add icing and spread to cover. Repeat with remaining layers.
  14. Frost entire cake with a generous layer of icing.
  15. Frosting :
  16. Place 1/2 cup butter, brown sugar and evaporated milk into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, stir. Return to microwave and cook on high for 2-3 more minutes or until the mixture is smooth and no longer gritty. Can also be done in a saucepan on the stovetop. Heat until ingredients are combined and no longer gritty.
  17. Cool mixture for 15 minutes.
  18. Place in mixer and add in powdered sugar and mix on low until incorporated.
  19. Turn to medium high and mix for another minute.
  20. Add in 1/2 cup of softened butter and vanilla and mix on medium high for 3-4 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  21. Frosting should be a nice spreadable consistency. Add more milk if too stiff or more sugar if too thin.
  22. Frost cake.
