Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup creamy nut butter of your choice
  • 3/4 cup baking chocolate (I use dark chocolate chips but you can also use semi sweet chocolate chips)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice each banana into thin slices and arrange half the pieces on the baking sheet.
  2. Spread peanut butter onto each banana slice, then cover each slice with another slice. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until frozen.
  3. Place the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until melted. Stir in the chocolate, and continue to microwave until smooth. Use a fork or spoon to cover each banana bite in chocolate, then place back on the sheet. Freeze for one hour and enjoy!
  4. Store in freezer and thaw for a few minutes before eating.

Ingredients

  • 19 oz graham crackers
  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries
  • 3½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 banana, sliced thin
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt






Instructions

  1. Cream powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt with the heavy cream in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until the cream mixture holds stiff peaks.
  2. Spread a thin layer of heavy cream mix in a 9x13 pan just to coat the bottom.
  3. Layer 5 graham crackers across the center of the pan, then 2 more,breaking them as needed to fit around the top and bottom edges.
  4. Spread a thick layer of heavy cream mix over grahams and top with a hearty layer of sliced strawberries.
  5. Place graham crackers on top of strawberries, then heavy cream mix, then layer of thinly sliced bananas.
  6. Repeat the graham-strawberries-cream layers 1 more time (3 times total) and you should reach the top of the pan.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the graham crackers have softened completely.
  8. Top with a few sliced strawberries or whole strawberries if you desired.
  9. Serve chilled.

Ingredients

  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts
  • Flour for rolling out dough
  • 1/2 c.strawberry jam
  • Egg wash 1/4 c.
  • Granulated sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. On a lightly floured surface, roll out 1 pie crust. Using a paring knife, cut out long diamond shapes, about 4" on each side. Transfer diamonds to baking sheet. Reroll extra dough to make more diamonds. (You should have enough dough to make about 6.)
  2. Fill the center of each diamond with a very small dollop of strawberry filling. Fold three of the corners into the center so that the dough looks like an open envelope. Press down lightly on dough to seal. Use a small heart cookie cutter to stamp out remaining dough into hearts, and place a heart in the center of each.
  3. Brush envelopes with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar. Bake until envelopes are golden, about 15 minutes.
  4. Let cool for 10 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 vanilla bean pod or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 cups dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¾ cup crispy rice cereal

Instructions

  • 1. Cut the bananas into slices and place into a freezer safe bag. Freeze until solid.
  • 2. In a food processor or blender, add frozen bananas, vanilla bean or vanilla extract, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
  • 3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Evenly distribute the banana mixture into the baking dish.
  • 4. Freeze for at least two hours.
  • 5. Before taking out the ice cream, add dark chocolate and coconut oil into a bowl. Microwave for 1 ½ minutes, stirring after every 30 seconds, until fully melted.
  • 6. Let the chocolate mixture cool completely then add crispy rice cereal. Mix well.
  • 7. Lift the parchment paper out of the baking dish to remove the ice cream.
  • 8. Cut the ice cream block into ½-inch (12.7-millimeter) cubes.
  • 9. Dip bites into chocolate mixture until evenly coated.
  • 10. Place bites on a baking tray and freeze.
  • 11. Let the bites thaw 5-7 minutes before eating.
  • 12. Enjoy!

  • 1 1/4 pounds lean ground beef (could sub with half ground pork)
  • 1/3 cup long grain rice
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion , or 1 Tablespoon minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic , or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped fresh Italian Flat leaf parsley (optional)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 10 ounce can tomato soup
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine the meat, rice, egg, onion, garlic, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Stir just until combined, do not over mix. Add a Tablespoon or two of water as needed to keep a wet mixture.
  2. Use a medium cookie scoop or spoon to scoop the meat. Then form into 1 1/2" balls.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-heat. Lightly brown the meatballs, cooking about 2 minutes per side. Then pour in the tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce and water. Bring to a simmer and then cover with a lid. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 35-45 minutes, or until rice is tender.

  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 900 grams plain cream cheese (4 cups or about 32 ounces)

  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 24-28 coarsely crushed Oreo cookies
  • extra whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and Oreo cookies for garnish






Instructions

  1. Combine the Oreo baking crumbs and the melted butter and press the mixture into the base of a spring form pan.
  2. Whip the cream cheese on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and continue to whip on high speed until well combined.
  3. Fold the whipped cream and the coarsely crushed Oreo cookies into the cream cheese mixture with a rubber spatula just until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top.
  5. Chill the cheesecake in the freezer for at least 2 hours (4 hours or more is ideal), and remove to room temperature for 20-30 minutes before garnishing with additional whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and crushed Oreo cookies and serving.
