Ingredients

  • Jumbo Shells Pasta about 20 shells
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1 jar 16oz Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • cooking spray
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook pasta according to directions on package, minus one minute. Rinse with cool water & drain.
  3. Lightly coat baking dish with olive oil.
  4. Spread spaghetti sauce evenly in baking dish.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, broccoli, chicken and cheese.
  6. Spoon mixture into cooked pasta shells and arrange into baking dish, filling side up.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes or until filling is hot.

Ingredients

  • 4 thin cut boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning or more to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley






Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, lemon pepper seasoning and salt to taste. Pour the flour mixture onto a plate or into a shallow bowl.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat.
  3. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, turning to coat evenly.
  4. Place the chicken in the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until done.
  5. Remove the chicken from the pan and place on a plate. Cover to keep warm.
  6. Melt the butter in the pan, and whisk in the lemon juice. Season with salt to taste.
  7. Spoon the sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons whipping cream as needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl beat the butter with an electric mixer until fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Beat in the cream cheese until evenly combined. Then add in the vanilla extract & salt.
  3. In a separate bowl sift together the cocoa powder & powdered sugar. Whisk them gently.
  4. With the mixer on low speed, carefully beat the cocoa & powdered sugar into the butter mixture.
  5. Once it's almost combined turn the mixer up to medium speed & continue beating until combined.
  6. If the frosting seems too thick or sweet, optionally add in 1-2 tablespoons of whipping cream. If it isn't sweet enough mix in a little more powdered sugar, about 1/4 cup at a time.
  7. Transfer the frosting to a piping bag to decorate cupcakes (I used a 1M tip), or frost with a flat knife.

  • 6 chicken breast tenderloins
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a medium dish.
  2. Add dry bread crumbs to a second medium dish.
  3. Add in shredded Parmesan cheese
  4. Mix oregano, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper into the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese
  5. Dip one of the pieces of chicken into the melted butter and immediately dip it into the breadcrumb/cheese mixture.
  6. Repeat with each of the remaining pieces of chicken.
  7. Place your oven preheated to 400 degrees.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is done.

  • 1 (12 oz.) package frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Half and Half
  • 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 9 inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium saucepan, make the raspberry sauce by combining raspberries, 2 tablespoons sugar, cornstarch, and water. Bring to boil, and continue boiling 5 minutes, or until sauce is thick. Strain sauce through a mesh strainer to remove seeds.
  3. Place a baking pan filled with hot water on the lower rack of the oven. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, melt white chocolate chips with half-and-half, stirring occasionally until smooth. Alternately, white chocolate can be melted in the microwave with the Half and Half in a glass bowl, at 50% power, stirring every 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Blend in flour. With mixer on low speed, blend in eggs one at a time. Blend in vanilla and melted white chocolate.
  5. Pour half of batter over crust. Spoon 3 tablespoons raspberry sauce over batter. Pour remaining cheesecake batter into pan, and again spoon 3 tablespoons raspberry sauce over the top. Swirl batter with the tip of a knife to create a marbled effect.
  6. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until filling is set. Cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 8 hours before removing from pan. Serve with remaining raspberry sauce.

  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch cubes
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 cups finely crushed corn flakes
  • 3 tablespoons whole wheat or all-purpose flour
  • black pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil, for brushing
  • Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • green onions, chopped, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken to a gallon size zip top bag. Pour the buttermilk over the chicken. Toss well to coat.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  3. Add the corn flake crumbs, flour, and a pinch of pepper to a medium sized bowl. Stir to combine.
  4. Remove each piece of chicken from the buttermilk, and dredge through the crumbs, pressing gently to adhere. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the chicken has been used. Make sure not to crowd your pan, if necessary use two baking sheets. Lightly brush the chicken with olive oil. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, make the Korean BBQ Sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, honey, Gochujang (Korean chili paste), rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly into more of a glaze. Remove from the heat.
  6. Brush or drizzle the chicken generously with Korean BBQ Sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm Enjoy!

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2-3/4 tsp yeast (1 packet + 1/2 tsp)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour OR bread flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together the hot water (not scalding, but hot from the tap), sugar and yeast and stir. Let sit for about 10 minutes, allowing the yeast to "bloom"
  2. Dump this mixture into a stand mixer and mix in the vegetable oil, salt and the flour, one cup at a time, using your dough hook. Alternatively, you can use a hand mixer to combine the ingredients and then knead it by hand
  3. Continue mixing a few minutes until dough clings to the bread hook and doesn't stick to the bowl. Mix another 3-4 minutes after the non-sticky dough is formed.
  4. Remove dough from hook, place dough ball in a bowl and cover with a light kitchen towel. Let rise in a draft-free area for approximately 1.5 hours or until the dough doubles in size.
  5. Punch down, shape into an oval loaf-like shape and turn the seams under.
  6. Place in a greased loaf pan; cover loosely with plastic wrap (spray it with cooking oil first if you're worried about it sticking).
  7. Let dough rise a second time until almost doubled - approximately one hour.
  8. Bake in loaf pan approximately 25 minutes at 350 degrees

  • 1/2 lb. pizza dough {I used my fail-proof recipe}
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 9 slices salami
  • 7 slices deli honey ham
  • 1 egg beaten
  • dried parsley & parmesan cheese {optional}
  • extra pizza sauce for dipping {optional}

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Line large rimmed cookie sheet with parchment or spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Spread pizza dough out on baking sheet to be approximately 10x16. Spread pizza sauce over 2/3's of the dough lengthwise, leaving a 3x16 rectangle of plain dough along one of the edges. Top sauce with half the grated cheese, salami and ham. Top with remaining cheese.
  3. Brush the plain strip of dough with the egg. Fold in the sides about an inch and brush them with egg. Roll up like a jelly roll lengthwise starting along the long edge of dough topped with all the fillings and ending with the plain strip of dough on the bottom of the roll.
  4. Brush the entire stromboli with egg and gently cut slats in the top of the dough every 1-2 inches. Sprinkle parsley and cheese over top and bake in the lower third of the oven for 8-10 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  5. Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes and slice into pieces. Serve with more pizza sauce.
